A dark balsamic condimento from Italy — ripe Italian figs blended with a Traditional 18-Year Style dark balsamic base.

FLAVOR PROFILE

Sweet, sour, and jammy, with notes of red fruit, ripe Italian fig, and a hint of plum.

PAIRINGS

The charcuterie board's best friend. Drizzle over blue cheese, prosciutto, or a warm goat cheese crostini. Glaze roasted pork. Pair with Verde Luxe for a vinaigrette with real presence.

Olive oil is perishable. Keep it away from heat and light — not next to the stove, however convenient that is. Use it within about a year of opening, and sooner if you can. It does not spoil dangerously; it just quietly gets duller.

Vinegar is far more forgiving. Cupboard, cool, done.
