A bright, zesty extra virgin olive oil infused with fresh lemon for a crisp finish.

ORIGIN

Produced in the Puglia region of Italy (Apulia) using a traditional pressato (co-milled) method. Fresh lemons are crushed together with ripe olives—60% Coratina and 40% Ogliarola—during harvest to create naturally integrated citrus flavor.

FLAVOR PROFILE

Delicate and aromatic with fresh lemon brightness.
Smooth olive richness with a clean citrus lift that enhances without overpowering.

PAIRINGS

Ideal for:

  • Seafood and grilled fish
  • Roasted or grilled vegetables
  • Salads and vinaigrettes
  • Chicken and light proteins
  • Baking, desserts, and sweet applications

Equally at home in savory and sweet dishes.

WHAT IS PRESSATO?

Pressato oils are made by crushing fresh ingredients directly with olives during milling, resulting in deeper, more natural flavor than infused oils.

Shipping. $8 up to 2 lb · $12 up to 5 lb · $18 up to 10 lb. Free over $75.

Pickup. Order online and collect at our next pop-up. Choose Pickup at checkout — no shipping, no waiting on a box.

Some bottles are pickup only and never ship. They are marked, and the availability panel above will tell you.

Every bottle is filled by hand and carries its own lot code and best-by date.

Olive oil is perishable. Keep it away from heat and light — not next to the stove, however convenient that is. Use it within about a year of opening, and sooner if you can. It does not spoil dangerously; it just quietly gets duller.

Vinegar is far more forgiving. Cupboard, cool, done.
