FLAVOR PROFILE

Floral and delicate up front, then crisp apple, then a clean lime finish. Light, aromatic, and genuinely unusual.

PAIRINGS

Summer salads, melon, cucumber, white fish. Splash it into sparkling water or a gin and tonic and thank us later.

Every bottle is filled by hand and carries its own lot code and best-by date.

Olive oil is perishable. Keep it away from heat and light — not next to the stove, however convenient that is. Use it within about a year of opening, and sooner if you can. It does not spoil dangerously; it just quietly gets duller.

Vinegar is far more forgiving. Cupboard, cool, done.
