A white wine vinegar from Germany, blended with real pomegranate. Light in color, so it lifts a dish without darkening it.
Fresh and just sweet enough, with a crisp, snapping acidity and clear pomegranate running through it. It stays clean on the palate where a fruit syrup would cloy.
Grain bowls, seafood, roasted vegetables. Extraordinary for pickling red onions, or reduced into a finishing sauce. Splash it into sparkling water and it becomes a drink.

Olive oil is perishable. Keep it away from heat and light — not next to the stove, however convenient that is. Use it within about a year of opening, and sooner if you can. It does not spoil dangerously; it just quietly gets duller.
Vinegar is far more forgiving. Cupboard, cool, done.
